Gordons Bay Central at a glance
Gordon's Bay is situated between the sea and the Hottentots Holland mountains and the scenery is breath-taking. It is a central point for the Helderberg wine route, and thirty minutes from Cape Town Airport.
Rock fishing or sunbathing on the safe beaches, pleasure boating trips or picnics at Steenbras dam, walking the Danie Miller trail, or the cannon and wagon wheel walk at Sir Lowry's pass, or dipping into the Crystal Pools up Steenbras valley, are some of the leisure options available. Diving in the area is on the reefs which are close to shore and divers often see dolphins, seals and whales on the route to and from the dive sites.
Parkrun takes place every Saturday at 8am at Broadlands Farm, Firlands Minor Road, Gordons Bay.
